Lisa Sparagna began her formal practice in yoga, meditation, and mindfulness in 2005, studying at White Lotus in CA. In 2007, she received her 500 hour Certified Yoga Training from Prairie Yoga. Her other formal studies include the completion of the Mindfulness Based Stress Reduction Program an eight-week mindfulness course, The Calm Monkey Meditation Facilitator Program and the Sedona Women's Institute facilitator training program.. She has also studied with numerous meditation teachers around the country. She holds a Masters of Fine Arts from the The School of the Art Institute of Chicago.
She has continued to develop her mindfulness practice to include food, journaling, and art, which she incorporates in her retreats and workshops. Lisa is passionate about creating a safe space where people can connect to the quiet of their own inner wisdom.
