I’m Lisa Sparagna, and I’m passionate about sharing meditation, mindfulness and yoga practices with as many people as possible. My goal is to create a safe space where people connect to their own inner wisdom.
Yoga and Meditation helped me through a life-changing experience, and I’m dedicated to sharing these practices to help others.
My formal yoga and meditation journey began in 2005 when I received my 200 hour certification at the White Lotus Foundation in California. In 2007, I earned the Advanced 500 hour Yoga Certification Training from Prairie Yoga. Since then, I’ve designed and offered a variety of programs, workshops, women’s circles and retreats. My other formal studies include the completion of the eight-week Mindfulness Based Stress Reduction Program, The Calm Monkey Meditation Facilitator Program and the Sedona Women's Institute Facilitator Training program.
In addition to yoga and meditation training, I hold an MFA from The School of the Art Institute of Chicago.
These practices guide my life: Mindfulness keeps me present, Meditation returns me to quiet and stillness, and Yoga provides a flexible way to be in my life and our world. Sharing these tools with others provides great joy. I look forward to sharing them with you.
